The working principle and transmission system of vibrating screen

Working principle: round vibrating screen for the uniaxial block eccentric exciter, single motor drive. The vibration of the vibrating screen is generated by the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric block. The vibration trajectory is at an acute angle between the long axis of the ellipse and the sieve surface at the feed end, and the discharge end is obtuse, so that the discharge layer is not too thin and the end of the feed is not too thick, similar to the equal thickness screening effect.

Linear vibrating screen for the biaxial eccentric block eccentric, dual motor drive, motor self-synchronization, vibrating screen excitation is generated by the eccentric force.

Vibrating sieve drive system

The vibrating screen is driven directly by the motor or driven by a V-belt, (replaceable pulley speed). The straight screen drives the exciter directly from the motor, both of which are connected by a valve-shaped flexible coupling. The amplitude is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of weights.

The three-jaw flexible disk connected with the intermediate drive shaft and the exciter is made of rubber sheet. It has the advantages of large cutting torque and good flexibility.
